What to expect in a MOVE+ class?
Each MOVE+ class blends science-backed physiotherapy exercises with the motivation of small-group training. Sessions follow a circuit-style format, where you and your group of 4 rotate through different exercise stations. Every movement is carefully curated by our physiotherapists to match your group’s goals—whether that’s pelvic floor retraining for women, balance and gait drills for seniors, or strength and mobility training for everyday movers.
A typical MOVE+ class may include:
Warm-Up & Mobility Drills
Gentle joint mobility work, dynamic stretches, and breathing retraining to prepare and warm-up your body.
Strength & Resistance Training
Use of light dumbbells, resistance bands, therapy balls, foam rollers, and kettlebells to build functional strength safely. Reformer Pilates as a form of core strengthening.
Examples:

Squats with resistance bands (women’s/postpartum focus: pelvic stability)

Step-ups or sit-to-stand drills (elderly focus: leg strength & fall prevention)

Core strengthening with Pilates rings or stability balls (general focus: posture & injury prevention)
Balance & Coordination Stations
Exercises such as balance boards, or agility cones to improve stability, confidence, and cognitive engagement.
