You can connect with a doctor online — no need to visit in person.
Enter code “REFRESHP” during teleconsult ,the clinic will know you may need physiotherapy at Refresh Physiocare.

Step 2: Speak with a Doctor
During your teleconsult, share your symptoms or injury details (e.g. date of injury, what kind of injury).
The doctor will assess your condition and, if needed, provide a referral letter for physiotherapy.

Step 3: Get Your Referral Letter
Once issued, your referral letter will be sent digitally or available for download.
This document allows your physiotherapy treatment to be recognised for insurance claims. (Check with your insurance company for necessary documents).

Step 4: Begin Your Recovery at Refresh Physiocare
Bring your referral letter to your first session at Refresh Physiocare.
